We were beyond thrilled to discover that one of our custom-designed metal doors made a surprise appearance on Netflix — in one of our absolute favourite series, Workin’ Moms!
It was a beautiful moment to be relaxing at home, watching the show, and suddenly realize that a piece of Art Boulle craftsmanship was right there on screen. The series, set in modern-day Toronto, follows four very different thirtysomething working mothers as they juggle careers, family, friendships, and love. It’s a heartfelt, funny, and honest portrayal of life’s many complexities — and now, our door is part of that story.

The door featured belongs to the home of Frances “Frankie” Coyne, portrayed by Juno Rinaldi. Frankie is a real estate agent balancing a demanding career with raising two children, Solomon and Rhoda, while navigating the ups and downs of a recent divorce and a new romance. Her home’s entrance needed to reflect her strong, independent personality — and that’s where our custom metal door made its mark.
